Deleting your Tripanya account

This page explains how to delete your Tripanya account and what happens to your data. You do not need to be signed in to read it or to send a request.

Delete from the app

This is the quickest route and removes your account immediately from your side.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot reach the app - for example you have already uninstalled it - write to privacy@tripanya.com from the address registered to the account, and we will handle the request for you.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, user name, email address and password.
• Your content: routes, stops, photos, notes, expense records and comments.
• Your profile and any preferences stored with it.

What is kept, and why

Some records cannot be removed straight away because we are required to keep them:
